Terms for using Tadamo.

Operator and acceptance

Tadamo is operated by Star Seeker Games, DBA Bare Getaways LLC, 4908 38th Way South, Unit 305, St. Petersburg, FL 33711, United States. A parent or legal guardian must create and control the family account. By creating an account, the guardian accepts these terms and the applicable privacy notices.

Release population

Tadamo v1 is offered only for a minor speaker whose parent or legal guardian creates and manages the account. Adult speakers cannot self-consent in this release. A family must stop using the child-managed profile when the speaker reaches the applicable age of majority unless Tadamo first provides a lawful transition flow and a new agreement.

Service limits

Tadamo is an assistive communication tool that can suggest and speak possible intended text. Speech recognition can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Tadamo is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on it for emergency or safety-critical communication; use local emergency services and another available communication method.

Guardian responsibilities and acceptable use

• Provide accurate guardian account information and keep credentials and paired-device links secure.
• Use child speech features only for a child for whom you are authorized to provide parental consent.
• Do not use Tadamo to harm, impersonate, exploit, surveil, or unlawfully record another person.
• Do not bypass access, consent, subscription, security, rate-limit, or provider controls.
• Review every caption before choosing Speak, and review any spoken interpretation before relying on it in an important conversation.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The price, billing interval, any discount, and any trial are shown before a purchase is confirmed. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple or Stripe until canceled. An App Store subscription is charged to the purchaser's Apple Account and can be managed or canceled in Apple's subscription settings; deleting a Tadamo account does not cancel billing through Apple. In-app account deletion requests cancellation of an eligible Stripe subscription. For billing help, contact support. Refund rights, if any, follow the applicable store or checkout terms and applicable law.

Consent, privacy, and deletion

Child speech processing and optional learning recordings require the guardian choices described in the guardian agreement and children's privacy notice. Guardians can revoke choices, review or delete retained recordings, delete a child profile, or request family-account deletion. The retention schedule explains the deletion queue and timing.

Availability and changes

Tadamo may change to improve safety, accuracy, security, or provider compatibility. Material changes to child speech processing require a new versioned guardian agreement. Service may be limited when a device, network, subscription, speech provider, or safety control is unavailable.

Limited license and ownership

Subject to these terms, Bare Getaways LLC grants the guardian a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Tadamo for the family's communication needs. Tadamo's software, branding, and non-user content remain the operator's property. The guardian retains rights in content the family provides and grants the operator only the permission needed to provide, secure, personalize, and delete the service as described in the signed agreement and privacy notices.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tadamo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that every utterance will be recognized or that service will be uninterrupted. Bare Getaways LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from a recognition error or unavailable service. For other claims, aggregate liability is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount paid for Tadamo in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, to rights that cannot be waived, or to liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend access needed to protect a child, account, provider, or the service from misuse or a security threat. A guardian may stop using Tadamo, cancel billing, or request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature must survive—such as ownership, payment already due, compliance records, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination only as permitted by law and the retention schedule.

Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be filed in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law gives the guardian a nonwaivable right to use another forum. Before filing, the parties should send a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt. Nothing here limits privacy, consumer, child-safety, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
